Do you need a 2nd opinion on your website?

To many businesses, their website represents the first step in securing new customers.  What happens when customers visit and quickly leave?  We call this a bounce rate and the lower the number, the better.  If you are experiencing an extremely high bounce rate (anything over 65) it could be both good and bad. 


Good generally means that they are taking a quick and decisive action by clicking on a button to visit another area of your site.  Bad means they are taking no action and simply closing their browser without exploring your website.


If you fall into the bad category, it could be that there are structural issues, functionality issues, or even aesthetic reasons visitors aren't sticking around.
