What's the difference between a Flex website and a traditional HVD Studios website?
We've removed the bespoke and UX steps, deep integrations (ex. API's, HTML, apps). Our typical clients prefer designs that are often highly customized with graphic design, contains UX design elements, and generally more expensive to wireframe/storyboard and execute.
Flex websites are streamlined, modular, and a great entry-level website option.

Do you offer payment plans?
For Flex websites, we do have payment plans featuring Affirm and Klarna. This option is only available for a limited time. For our premium bespoke website design, we do not at this time.
Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes. Keeping your website fresh and secure doesn’t have to be complicated. Our Website Maintenance Service (also known as Website Care Plan) takes care of updates, improvements, and protection long after your site goes live. It’s perfect for anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable handling tech details, or for businesses that simply prefer to focus on what they do best while we keep their site running smoothly.

6-month and annual plans are customized based on your needs and are not one size fits all. Pricing starts at just $179 (normally $239).
Can you design using another platforms?
If your preference is for us to build on a DIY platform like Wix or Squarespace instead of our own secured platform and network, we’re happy to oblige.
While our pricing remains the same (there is no cheaper options just because you use a DIY wesite builder), you'll be able to scale and build when you need to. If this option appeals to you, please share your specifications (e.g., number of pages, look and feel, and required functionality) when you reach out.

What are your policies?
We provide customer service, security, and technical support for websites built on our ifrastucture. If you elect to use a DIY platform such as Wix or Squarespace, please note that you will be subject to that platform's jurisdiction and will need to contact them directly for any technical or support issues.
For WordPress: The client would assume responsibility for all security, unless your website is being managed (website care plan). SSL certificates are included for the first year. Clients would need to reach out to WordPress customer service directly (or service provider managing the WordPress account) via trouble ticket or through their support forum.
Can I use my own hosting?
We do not use hosting outside of our network, even if you have already purchased it. If you require this, our service may not be a good fit for you.
DIY Hosting
If you’d like us to design your site using a DIY builder such as Wix or Squarespace, your website will be hosted directly on their platform. These builders have their own unique frameworks, which means hosting must stay within their system. WordPress websites can be hosted with a variety of companies.
What is your pricing?
Our pricing starts as low as $3500 for more simplistic bespoke websites, but clients typically budget for around $5000 & up for our custom website design. For Flex website design, pricing starts at just $2200 but are on promotion for $1699 for a limited time.
Do you offer eCommerce?
Yes, we offer eCommerce solutions using our own platform or will use Shopify's platform. Once we determine your needs, we can discuss options and make recommendations. Shopify requires substantial upkeep to manage inventories, variants, sales, promotions, and the graphic design to promote a sale. There is a steeper learning curve if you are interested in this option. Speak with us to learn more.
