Why we ask you what your budget is

And the true reason we ask this question

Creative companies are finding new ways for small business owners to become more independent. There are popular website builders such as Wordpress, Wix, and Squarespace that help people make their own websites while saving thousands in the process. Recently booming creative marketplaces such as FIVERR are gaining in popularity because customers can submit their budget and designers from all over the world bid to get the customers business.
Both options are appealing to most and it makes sense. You can make your own website yourself and save money, or let freelance designers do the bidding on your behalf. In return you can get a new logo or graphic design for your business that you may or may not like.
We've been down this road before. Those who try and do it themselves quickly realize it's a little harder than they expected and doesn't look that good, or perhaps end up paying $25 for a logo eventually learn that sometimes it's not good to go the most economical route and that in fact hiring an experienced design company is the best course of action.
We wanted to help you understand the process of using your budget to keep you in alignment with our services. So many customers get sticker shock when receiving quotes from website and graphic design companies in Baltimore, Maryland and other states. It makes sense in a way. You saved up your money to get a professional design design, only to find out that its several thousands of dollars over your budget.
The reason we ask prospective clients what their budget is quite simple. It helps for us to understand their needs and allows for us to determine which one of our Studios are the best fit. We're no different than anyone else...we don't believe in wasting anyone's time if what they need can't be accomplished.
It's important to keep in mind that like most experienced companies, we know how to do the work that most people can't on their own. Our knowledge of what we do will look 1000 times more professional that someone who's learning as they go. We consider our experience, labor, and customer service when coming up with pricing.
Always remember....when we ask the question, we're asking for to better assist you. Many prospective clients don't want to"show their hand" which actually hinders what options we can provide them and will literally cut short our consultation because we can go any further without knowing this information.
