In the beginning, keep the communication high, make sure that you respond back to a question or inquiry within 48 hours, and most importantly, deliver what you promised. The best source for trusted reviews are Google.  You may also see reviews on sites like Yelp so if you don't get an unsolicited review, make sure you are sending your clients to these pages and don't be afraid to ask them for one.  Chances are that they will be more than happy to write one for you.
