  • What platforms do you use?

    We use a variety of platforms including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and others.  We can help you decide which one is best for your long-term needs. 


    When we create a website using WordPress, we use their hosting to give our clients the best chance of accessing WP support through a trouble ticket (this feature is unavailable on self-hosted websites).  If you are using your own hosting, we will be unable to service you.  Below is a short example of providers that offer self-hosting of WordPress websites:

    If you want a truly custom design, we will create your website using our infrastructure.  With this option, security, and technical support are included PLUS you own the website after it's created.  Website maintenance options are available.

  • Turnaround times & production

    The estimated time to create a website from beginning to end varies on the scope of the project.   Expect a minimum of 15 business days (3 weeks) to see the first draft for smaller projects. Larger projects require additional time to complete.


    Throughout the design process, we'll keep you informed and involved, providing regular updates and opportunities for feedback. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we'll work tirelessly to bring your vision to life.

  • Monthly + annual fees

    Clients are responsible for the following operating expenses:


    • Hosting - monthly fee
    • eCommerce hosting fee - monthly
    • Domain name - annual fee
    • Business email - monthly (or annually)
    • Any third-party addons - such as chat, booking forms, etc.

  • Design Fees

    Our websites start at just $3500. If our starting fees do not align with your current financials, we suggest that you fill out a design inquiry form to see what other options we may have.
