Maintain your brand image without the high costs associated with managing an internal design team such as having a graphic designer, website designer, and social media marketer which combined, can easily eclipse $200k per year.



Simply put, this service manages your company's brand image by producing ongoing graphics and graphic design for print, promotional purposes, social media channels, and website graphics (ex. featuring a special custom hero banner to announce a special event or promotion) and graphics for pop-ups. It also involves sending off monthly email blasts and in some instances making bi-weekly website updates.


We will work in tandem with your project manager or stakeholders through many collaboration sessions to flesh out the fine details, frequency, and types of materials your company will need.  Once we finalize a list of needs, we'll use your company style guide to ensure your brand colors, fonts, and logo perfectly match your brand.


You'll receive your items on set days. If you have a designated staff member who handles your social media, we'll provide them with the designs needed to post on Facebook/Instagram and for IG reels. Your website designer will receive any customized hero images and pop-ups.  We'll handle your quarterly or monthly email blasts.  Our work is produced in-house by our experienced graphic designers who are well-versed in the Adobe suite.


You'll receive your very own graphic design portal to request the materials you need, much like placing an online order for food.

*If you have contracted us to create your company website, we will also handle the website updates which are performed bi-weekly (up to 3 pages). You may continue to build the website to scale as part of the maintenance plan by adding additional pages or functionality.  


Fees start at $35,000 per year.   Pricing is subject to the final list you believe your organization will need based on the calendar.  Your organization should create a budget with room to accommodate requests that were not previously accounted for. We require a 2-year agreement but will work with you depending on the circumstances.
