FAQ

  • What are the fees?

    The only fees, outside of purchasing the website upfront, are hosting ($25/mo.) and the domain name (price varies). Once the website is ready, we'll send you a payment request to subscribe to a monthly hosting plan and can also purchase the domain name on your behalf, unless you already own one.

  • How do I edit the website

    After the website is launched, you'll have immediate access to the editor where you can swap out the images and text.  You'll also have access to the HTML code if you understand how to code to make advanced changes.

  • Do I need to sign an agreement?

    No.  Since the website has already been created, you purchase the rights to own the current version of it.  

  • Can I add additional functionality?

    Yes. If you need to add a third-party functionality such as a scheduler, website chat, or other feature, just let us know.  We'll provide you with a quote, and if the price works for you, we'll get it added. You are responsible for any additional monthly fees these add-ons may incur.

  • Is this a drag and drop editor?

    No. When you need to expand the website, contact us and we'll provide you with the next steps. With this design, what you see is what you get.  We're changing the colors, images, and text to suit your business or personal needs.
